After a long and varied career in theatre, tourism and property, I decided to do a CELTA course and teach English. I lived in Greece for 10 years so I had first-hand experience of learning a language whilst living in a new country. I have been teaching now for around two years - I started teaching online and joined WLES in 2022. I have met students from all around the world and I am always fascinated to hear their stories and I love to see their progress.
In my spare time I mainly take care of my dog, Luna (who is Portuguese), as well as being involved in my local drama group where I direct, act and even write the occasional play too when I find the time.
