I started teaching on the tiny, sunny island of Malta in 2012 during the summer holidays while I was at university. I moved to the UK in late 2014 and started teaching at WLES in January 2015. Like most Maltese people, I speak quite a few languages: in addition to my native Maltese and English, I also speak Italian and a little bit of German.
I started learning the violin when I was 6 years old, and enjoy classical music to this day. Whenever you see me on the Tube with my earphones, you can assume I’m listening to a Beethoven symphony or a Tchaikovsky overture. I also enjoy watching football, although I have never been any good at it!
