Payment Details

You must pay the complete course fee before you begin your course of study. A deposit payment may be able to reserve you a place on a forthcoming course. Payment can be made in cash (pounds sterling), cheque (in pounds sterling made payable to West London English School), debit card or credit (credit card subject to a 2% charge) or bank transfer using the details below:

You will be asked to leave the college if you have not paid an outstanding balance on your school fees, and immigration authorities will be notified.

Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of cancellation, the student will be entitled to a refund of any outstanding balance after an admin fee of £100 and any fees for lessons provided (as stated on our price lists) have been deducted. If a student cancels part of the way through the week, the full price for the week will be charged. Full fees will be refunded if WLES cancel the course.

Additional information
Exam preparation courses do not include external examination fees (usually £100-£150).
Social programme fees (up to £30) are not included.
Full payment is required for all bookings of up to 12 weeks. A £500 refundable deposit is required for all bookings of 12 weeks or more.
